Asian Ginger Chicken Wontons
A great appetizer for any occasion!
Serves 10 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 10 mins
- 1 pkg wontons wrappers
- 1 brick cream cheese softened
- 1 lb cooked chicken meat (fajita style)
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup Cookwell & Co. Asian Ginger vinaigrette
- 1 bundle of green onions (chopped)
- Oil (for frying)
Pour oil in pot and allow to heat up for frying. Combine cream cheese, chicken, dressing and onions in a bowl. Take 2 TBSP of the mixture and put in the center of the wonton wrapper – folding corners together to make pouch. Gently drop each wonton in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
