Cabo Ceviche

This dish will make you feel like you are on the beach in Mexico.

Serves 8 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 0 mins

Ingredients

  • 6-8 ox small cooked shrimp
  • 1/3 cup Cookwell & Co. Fin & Feather Marinade
  • 2-3 tsp chicken or cajun seasoning
  • 1 mango (peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • Zest + juice of 1 lime

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite Mexican beverage!
