Honey Lime Shrimp Tacos

Savory shrimp tacos – Better than any restaurant!

Serves 4 / Prep Time: 5 mins / Cook Time: 5 mins


  • 1 lb shrimp (P&D)
  • 10-12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Cookwell & Co. Honey Lime Vinaigrette
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 TBS chipotle chile powder
  • 1 TBS Olive oil



Sprinkle chili powder and oil over shrimp, making sure to cover completely. Saute shrimp on medium high in a skillet for 2 minutes – remove from heat. Mix the Honey Lime Vinaigrette and sour cream together. Layer the Honey Lime mixture, shrimp, cabbage and cilantro on the warmed corn tortillas and enjoy!
