Sassy Sweet & Garlicky Grilled Shrimp

Shrimp lover’s bliss!

Serves 2-6 / Prep Time: 5 mins / Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pound peeled & deveined medium shrimp
  • 1/2 cup Cookwell & Co. Garlic & Molasses Marinade
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Directions

Place the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over them and toss to oat all shrimp. Marinate, covered and refrigerated, for 1 to 2 hours.

 

Heat a gas grill to medium heat, or build a charcoal fire and allow it to burn down to the point where the coals are glowing red and covered by a layer of white ash.

Remove shrimp from marinade and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Grill the shrimp, turning once, for about 2 to 3 minutes per side,or just until they turn opaque throughout. Serve hot as an entree, or with toothpicks as finger food.
