The ULTIMATE Frito Pie
This Texas classic will make you crave Frito Pie on a weekly basis!
Serves 6-8 / Prep Time: 15 mins / Cook Time: 25 mins
- 2 cups prepared Cookwell & Co. Two-Step Chili
- 1 pkg Jalapeno Sausage (pre-cooked)
- 2 cans (15oz) pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 12oz bag of Fritos
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Place sasauge in oven while preheating and heat through. When warm slice sausage. In a 9×13 baking dish, layer corn chips, pinto beans, sausage, sour cream and chili mix. Top with cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
