Cream of Green Chile & Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 1 jar Cookwell & Co. Two-Step Green Chile Stew Mix
- 2 cups whipping cream or half & half
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- Minced cilantro and lime wedges as garnish
Directions
Combine the Two-Step Green Chile Stew Mix and the cream in a 6-quart soup pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and add the diced chicken and corn to the pot. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, garnished with a scattering of minced cilantro and a squeezed lime wedge per bowl.
