Green Chile Mexican Casserole
This one is better than your favorite King Ranch Chicken Casserole!
Serves 8 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 45 mins
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 33 oz jar Cookwell & Co. Two-Step Green Chile Stew
- 1 1/2 (12 ounces) shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Tear tortillas into quarters, in a 9 x 13 baking pan, place 1 cup of stew mix in the bottom of pan, then alternating layers, place a layer of tortillas, another layer of stew, then chicken, then cheese. Repeat one more time. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 f.
