1 jar Cookwell & Company Cheese Enchilada Soup
1 pound Beef Chili Meat, cooked and drained
18 corn tortillas
4 cups Colby jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut corn tortillas into 1-inch squares and place in a large bowl. Add the cooked beef, 2 cups of cheese and jar of soup. Stir until combined and place in a sprayed 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake 35 - 45 minutes or until cheese on top is melted and casserole is hot throughout.
