Carolina Style Pulled Pork

Serves 4-6 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 6-8 mins


    • 1 pork roast, Boston butt or shoulder
    • Adams Reserve Rib, Roast and Steak Rub
    • 1 bottle Better Than Good Moppin’ Sauce



Season meat on all sides with Rub.  Place in a slow cooker and pour Moppin’ Sauce over roast.  Cook 4 hours on high, or 6 – 8 hours on low.  Use two forks to “pull” the meat apart into bite-sized shreds.  Return meat to juices.  Traditionally served on a bun with coleslaw!
