Pork with Bacon-Goat Cheese Glaze
Serves 6-8 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 15 mins or until the meat is 155 degrees.
- 1.5 lbs. South Texas Pork Ribeye or Tenderloin
- 1 jar Better Than Good Bacon Jam
- 1 container crumbled goat cheese
- 3 – 4 T Adams Reserve Just Right Burger Spice
Preheat grill and season pork with Adams Reserve. Grill to medium or 155 degrees. Mix equal parts goat cheese Bacon Jam and apply to pork while still hot, then remove from grill and eat. Yum!
