Asian Ginger Slaw

Fabulous side dish to serve with grilled salmon or chicken.

Serves 8-10 / Prep Time: 5 mins / Cook Time: 0 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 packages tri-color coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup Cookwell & Co. Asian Ginger Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Asian-style rub

 

Directions

Place the coleslaw mix in a large bow; set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk the Asian Ginger Vinaigrette together with the mayonnaise until smooth. Pour over the coleslaw mix and toss to blend well, coating all of the slaw.

Chill for 30 minutes, or serve at room temperature.
