Savory Black-Eyed Pea and Corn Salad

Indulge in the flavors of summer with this vibrant & refreshing bean & corn salad. Colorful & delightful, it's the perfect dish to grace your picnics, barbecues, or weeknight dinners.

  • 2 15-ounce cans of your favorite beans, drained and rinsed 
  • 1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained 
  • 1 bell pepper, diced 
  • 1/4 cup Cookwell & Co. Garlic & Molasses Marinade 
  • 1 cup prepared pico de gallo 
  • Salt & pepper to taste 


Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to blend well. Refrigerate corn salad for 30 minutes so the flavors really meld. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
