Escabeche is a spicy vinegar-based Mexican marinade often used to flavor onions, jalapenos and carrots. We've redefined escabeche by using it as the foundation for our salsa, then added fire-roasted chiles, garlic, fresh cilantro and lime juice. It's a truly original, authentic salsa that will make any Mexican dish a masterpiece! Great on chicken, fish, shrimp and the perfect salsa for your breakfast burrito or migas. Or, of course, it’s fabulous as a dip with corn tortilla chips.
