Ingredients
- 1/2 Jar Better Than Good Bacon Jam - Jalapeno or Original
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 package ready-made Coleslaw mix
- 1/3 cup julienne carrots
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional: Cooked bacon bits for topping
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the bacon jam, honey, mayo, apple cider vinegar, and green onions.
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the coleslaw mix and carrots.
- Pour the bacon jam dressing over the slaw and toss well to coat.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle crispy bacon bits on top, if desired!
