Crispy Bacon-Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ever wondered how to get that charred, flavorful, sweet and earthy Brussels sprouts these chefs serve up, that just seem impossible to replicate? Well look no further! Roasting them in the oven at a high temp guarantees the crispy texture and roasted flavor everyone loves about restaurant Brussels sprouts. Then, toss them in the secret ingredient - Bacon Jam. These combined create a jammy, salty-sweet dish that is as delicious as it is addictive. Even the picky eaters will be asking for seconds! But don't take our word for it - try for yourself!

  • 1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts 
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 3 Tbsp. Bacon Jam
  • 4 strips of bacon, crumbled, if desired


  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 
  • Trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting off any tough ends. Slice in half lengthwise and place into a large mixing bowl. 
  • Toss the Brussels in the olive oil, salt, and pepper. 
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and place sprouts on the sheet, cut side down.
  • Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, taking them out halfway through to stir & flip the brussels.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. 
  • Stir in the bacon jam and serve warm. Top with bacon bits if desired.
