- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting off any tough ends. Slice in half lengthwise and place into a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the Brussels in the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and place sprouts on the sheet, cut side down.
- Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, taking them out halfway through to stir & flip the brussels.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in the bacon jam and serve warm. Top with bacon bits if desired.
