Strawberry Watermelon Dream Pie

- 1/2 cup Cookwell & Co Watermelon Vinaigrette
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 12 ounces whipped topping
- 24 fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1, 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie shell
- Whole strawberries as garnish
How to make the Strawberry Watermelon Dream Pie
Make sure you shake the contents of the Watermelon Vinaigrette well before measuring it. Combine the Watermelon Vinaigrette, mascarpone cheese, and whipped topping all in a mixing bowl and mix all of the contents with an electric mixer. Starting on low speed, mix up each of the ingredients, gradually increasing the blender speed as the vinaigrette is incorporated with the contents. Beat until the mixture of ingredients is smooth and well blended. Add the strawberries to the mixture and beat just to incorporate them throughout.
Turn the mixture out into prepared pie shell, then cover the pie with some plastic wrap and then place the pie in a freezer for 2 hours, or until it is completely set. Strawberry Watermelon Dream Pie is ready to eat!
Slice up the Strawberry Watermelon Dream Pie and serve, garnishing each individual pie slice with a whole ripe sweet strawberry. Delicious and delightful.
