Ingredients
- 1 canister of crescent rolls
- 1/2 jar Cookwell & Co Two-Step Green Chile Stew
- 8 eggs, well beaten
- 1 pound diced smoked ham, bulk sausage, or bulk Mexican chorizo
- 1 1/2 (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Open the canister of crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of prepared baking dish; set aside.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk to blend well. Pour over the crescent rolls and bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set. Serve hot.
- *If you are using the bulk sausage or chorizo in the recipe, cook in a skillet until browned and drain off all fat before adding to the Texas Two-Step Green Chile Stew Mix and egg mixture.
