Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 pounds chicken drumettes
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeños

- 1 cups Cookwell & Co. Two-Step Green Chile Stew Mix
Directions
- Place the wings in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper, tossing until fully mixed.
- Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the drumettes and cook, turning often, until well browned, about 10 minutes.

- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until sauce has reduced by half and thickened. Serve!
