Ingredients
- 1 Jar Cookwell & Company Birria Taco Starter
 - 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
 - 1 package fideo noodles
 - 2 cups beef broth (unsalted or low sodium)
 - 1 package frozen carrots
 - 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
 - 1 tablespoon Knorr bouillon
 - 1 lime, sliced
 - Cojita cheese, for garnish
 - Optional: tortilla strips
 
Directions
- Set a pan over medium heat. Toast the fideo noodles in 2 Tbsp vegetable oil until golden brown. *Make sure to stir constantly to avoid burning the noodles.*
 - Once toasted, remove from heat and set aside.
 - In a medium pot, add the Cookwell & Company Birria Starter, chicken broth, chicken bouillon, carrots, and cilantro. Bring to a simmer.
 - Add the fideo noodles and cook until both the carrots and noodles are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
 - Serve the birria fideo hot with a squeeze of lime and top with cojita cheese. Serve with tortilla strips if desired.
