All it takes is a quick sauté of shrimp in Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce, a pot of steamed rice, and just like that—dinner is ready to serve. The result? A supremely savory dish that captures all the bold, spicy, and tangy goodness we love about Cajun cuisine. It's a meal that’s as effortless as it is delicious, making it a must-try for busy weeknights or last-minute gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh shrimp 
  • 2 tbs. butter 
  • 1 tbs olive oil 
  • Bayou Brothers Creole Mix 
  • 1 cup white rice 
  • Green onions, sliced 
  • Hot sauce (optional) 

Directions

  • Heat butter and olive oil in a large Dutch oven or other large saucepan. Add shrimp and cook until they start to turn pink, about 2 minutes. 
  • Add in the jar of creole sauce and bring to a simmer. Shrimp should be cooked through at this point.
  • Divide rice among bowls and spoon in the shrimp & creole sauce. Garnish your creole shrimp with green onions and some hot sauce!
