Cajun Seafood Fondue

Made with Bayou Brothers Gumbo as the flavorful base, this recipe combines the rich, savory spices of Cajun cooking with creamy Velveeta, tender spinach, and earthy mushrooms. Ingredients
- 1 Jar Bayou Brothers Gumbo
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz spinach (chopped)
- 8 oz mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ lb. shrimp
- 6oz crab
Directions
- In a pot add Bayou Brothers Gumbo, heavy whipping cream, and Velveeta, heat until cheese is completely melted.
- Stir in seafood, spinach and mushrooms.
- Heat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with chips, crackers, or toasted bread. Enjoy!!
- Note: If it gets too thick from reducing, add a little milk!
