Ingredients


  • 32oz Cookwell & Company Cheese Enchilada Soup
  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Mexican-style cheese
  • 10 corn tortillas

Directions


  • In a 9x13 casserole dish, pour a small amount of soup on the bottom.
  • Layer with corn tortillas that have been torn into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add a layer of shredded chicken and top with half of the shredded cheese.
  • Top with more sauce and repeat with another layer of tortillas and chicken.
  • Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
