Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 lb. fettuccine pasta
- 1 Jar Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan, plus more for serving
- 3-4 green onions, sliced
Directions
Prep the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook the Chicken:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
