Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers (any color), tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 lb. ground beef, or any ground meat of your preference
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 jar Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
- Olive oil for sautéing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers, remove seeds and membranes, and set aside. Place the peppers in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cooked rice and 1 cup of Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
