Easy Chicken Spaghetti

Cheesy, creamy, and packed with Tex-Mex flavor, this Chicken Spaghetti is as easy as it gets! With the help of Cookwell & Company’s Tortilla Soup, there’s no need for a long ingredient list—just cook your pasta, mix everything together, and let the soup base do the work. It’s the perfect weeknight dinner, combining the comforting taste of classic chicken spaghetti with a little Southwest kick.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fully cooked chicken
- 16 fl oz Cookwell & Company Tortilla Soup
- 16 oz cooked spaghetti
- 3/4 cups half & half
- 12 oz HEB easy melt
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions
- In a large saucepan, add easy melt over medium heat. Mix in Tortilla Soup and half & half. Heat for 8-10 minutes.
- When cheese is melted, add in cooked chicken and the spaghetti. Heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with cracked black pepper and flaky salt.
- Serve with a simple side salad, warm garlic bread, and a chilled glass of chardonnay!
