Ingredients


  • 1/3  jar Birria Starter
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Medium Heb Frozen bag of corn
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ Stick butter + toppings

Directions


  • Heat a saucepan over medium heat and pour in oil and corn.
  • Let cook for about 5-6 minutes then put in the rest of ingredients.
  • Serve with your choice of toppings to make your elote yours! We recommend any combination of: cotija cheese, mayo or Mexican crema, lime, chili powder, tajin, cilantro.
