Elote-Style Corn

Ingredients
- 1/3 jar Birria Starter
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 Medium Heb Frozen bag of corn
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ Stick butter + toppings
Directions
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and pour in oil and corn.
- Let cook for about 5-6 minutes then put in the rest of ingredients.
- Serve with your choice of toppings to make your elote yours! We recommend any combination of: cotija cheese, mayo or Mexican crema, lime, chili powder, tajin, cilantro.
