Ingredients
- 1 jar (32 oz) Bayou Brothers Gumbo Mix
- 2 cups seafood or chicken stock
- ½ pound lump crab meat
- ½ pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- ½ pound shucked oysters (with liquid)
- Crab legs (blue crab, snow crab)
- Cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Cooked white rice, for serving

Build the Gumbo Base:
- Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Pour in the Bayou Brothers Gumbo Mix and stir well.
- Add seafood or chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
- If using, add sliced andouille sausage for extra depth.
- Season with cayenne (if using).
