Looking for a bold, no-fuss dinner that delivers big Texas flavor? This Pecos 83 Sausage Rice is the answer. Built around Cookwell & Company’s smoky, peppery Pecos 83 Marinade, this dish takes simple ingredients—sausage, rice, and a handful of pantry staples—and transforms them into a rich, one-pan meal that tastes like it’s been slow-cooked over a mesquite fire. Whether you're feeding a hungry crowd or just craving something hearty and satisfying, this recipe brings the spirit of West Texas straight to your table—without ever lighting the grill.
