Ingredients
- 2 15-ounce cans of your favorite beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Cookwell & Co. Garlic & Molasses Marinade
- 1 cup prepared pico de gallo
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to blend well. Refrigerate corn salad for 30 minutes so the flavors really meld. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
