Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 jar Cookwell & Co. Tomato Basil Soup
- 1 lb. corkscrew, penne, or rigatoni pasta
- 1 container cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- Optional red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 8oz container of mozzarella balls, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
Directions
- Heat a pot of salted water on high. Once boiling, cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Meanwhile, set crock pot to high and pour in the jar of Cookwell Tomato Basil Soup.
- Add in the cherry tomatoes and raw chicken breast.
- Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, salt, and any other desired spices.
- Add the fresh basil and mix well. Cover the crock pot and let cook for about 3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove cooked chicken from the pot and shred it, before adding it back into the pot.
- Pour in the cooked pasta, as well as the chopped parsley - mix well!
- Spread mozzarella balls evenly on the top of the pasta, and sprinkle parmesan over as well. Cover for about 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Divide tomato basil pasta among bowls and serve! Garnish with additional fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, or parmesan if desired.
