Ingredients
- 1 jar Cookwell & Company Tortilla Soup
- 1 16oz package of black beans, rinsed clean
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, slices thin
- Optional toppings: tortilla chips, lime, sour cream, additional cilantro
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a large pot and simmer over medium/low heat until the beans are tender, about 2-3 hours.
