Salmon in Creamy Shrimp Creole Sauce

This Salmon in Creamy Shrimp Creole Sauce is a Southern-inspired seafood dish that’s rich, comforting, and packed with bold flavor.     Ingredients
- 2lbs salmon or Steelhead trout
 - 1/3 bottle Bayou Brothers Creole
 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 - 1 Tbs salt and pepper
 - ¼ cup shredded parmesan
 - ¼ lb Shrimp (chopped)
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400* season fillet with Adams rub and bake 10-12 min. until internal temp reads 145 degrees.
 - If pan searing, cook approximately 4-5 minutes per side, starting with flesh side down.
 - Add heavy whipping cream to a pan and bring to simmer for about 5 minutes or until cream sticks to the back of spoon.
 - Add Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce and shrimp, then simmer for 2 minutes, then add cheese and heat until melted.
 - Pour creamy Creole on top of fillet.
