Two-Step Chili & Sour Cream Dip

Presenting a match made in heaven in this Chili & Sour Cream Dip! It's a dreamy combination with little introduction necessary. The perfect appetizer for any gathering, and comes together in just a few minutes. Up your dip game and impress your guests with this hearty, creamy, fresh dip!
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 Jar Cookwell Two-Step Chili Mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Salt, to taste
- Shredded cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Corn tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Prepare the chili - cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain and add chili mix. Cook until heated through and well combined.
- Combine 1 cup of sour cream, a handful of cilantro & a pinch of salt, whisking to blend well.
- Spread the mixture on a serving platter, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
- Spoon the chili over the sour cream, leaving a 1-inch border of sour cream. Top with shredded cheese and green onions. Serve while chili & sour cream dip is warm, alongside corn tortilla chips.
