Right from the pages of Terry Thompson-Anderson's award-winning cookbook, Texas on the Plate, Bodacious, as we've fondly nicknamed our flavor-packed Bodacious Red Soppin’ Sauce, will make your meats sing and put a smile on the face of even the baddest buckaroo. We wanted to create a sauce for enhancing the flavor of a fine, well-marbled steak (beef or bison), a rich venison backstrap, antelope or elk chops, even a good hamburger during the grilling process.
How to use:
Simply pour a bit of the sauce in a non-aluminum baking dish and sop both sides of your red meat. Put the meat on a medium-hot grill and sear both sides, then turn down the heat, or move the meat to a cooler spot over a hardwood charcoal fire, and cook to your preferred level of doneness. While the meat is cooking, sop a little more Bodacious over it a few more times - it's better than good!
Contains soy, wheat.
