Hatch Tomatillo Guacamole

Add some tomatillo freshness to your traditional guacamole! This refreshing and delicious Hatch Tomatillo Guacamole is as addictive as it is simple.
Ingredients
- 1/4 yellow or white onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 large avocados
- 1 cup Cookwell Tomatillo Salsa
- 1/2 lime
- Corn tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
Mash 3 large avocados in a bowl, then combine with the chopped onion, cilantro, and 1 cup of Cookwell Tomatillo Salsa. Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 a lime and mix well. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
