Ingredients
- 1/2 jar of Cookwell Tomatillo Salsa
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
- 4-6 flour tortillas
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Combine Tomatillo Salsa and shredded cheese in a bowl. Stir to blend well. Divide the mixture between the tortillas, spreading along the bottom half. Fold in half and toast the quesadillas in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil or butter. Turn once as the cheese begins to melt & serve hot. Add cooked chicken or black beans for an even heartier quesadilla/taco.
