All Texans love their tortilla soup, and Cookwell’s version marries some Mexican techniques with some Texas traditions. We use fire-roasted, garden fresh tomatoes, organic chicken broth, cilantro, a secret South Texas spice blend and shredded corn tortillas. A perfect match to shredded/pulled chicken, pulled pork, beans, corn and browned ground beef.
How to prepare:
We've done all the work for you, so really it's easy as can be! Simply heat it up and add your favorite protein and toppings - we recommend serving it with pulled chicken, but it's excellent with any meat you like.
